Terms

Terms for a connected commerce platform.

A working service description and merchant responsibility framework, prepared for owner and legal review.

Working terms draft for owner and legal review. This page does not create or replace an approved agreement. Legal entity, billing terms, cancellation, liability and governing law require confirmation before publication.

What the platform provides.

Penni Cart provides commerce capabilities that merchants connect to Webflow or custom-coded websites. These include shopping cart and checkout workflows and tools for managing store information and orders.

The merchant remains the seller of their products and services. Penni Cart does not become the seller simply because its software is used in the shopping journey. The final agreement must specify the contracting entity and service terms.

The merchant operates the store.

The merchant is responsible for the products offered, product descriptions, pricing, fulfillment and customer communication. Configure and test payment, tax, shipping and subscription settings for the actual business before accepting live orders.

Protect account access and private credentials. Provide appropriate shopper-facing policies and permissions for customer data, and use the platform and connected providers consistently with their applicable requirements.

Billing and connected services.

Review the pricing and account signup information for the plan selected. Third-party providers may have their own accounts, charges and terms; a payment gateway or shipping service is not the same service as the Penni Cart platform.

The final agreement must state the confirmed fees, billing schedule, free or trial conditions, cancellation process and refund policy. This draft does not invent payment commitments or claim a cancellation entitlement.

Support and questions about the agreement.

Contact hello@pennicart.io with questions about the platform or the terms that apply to your account. Keep a copy of the approved agreement and pricing applicable when you subscribe.

Service availability, suspension, termination, dispute resolution, warranties, limitations and governing law must be reviewed and supplied by the responsible owner and legal adviser. Until then, this page is a clearly identified working draft.
